Love the function of the intake. Iats are 1 or 2 degrees f off outside temp. However the idle air control pump hose connection could be fit with a barb welded on. The silicone needs to be replaced

The tube was cut poorly and was not polished. No metal fittings just plastic. Should have 2 fittings near the throttle body. It just wasn't worth it.

A basic cold air kit. Nothing fancy but it works !Only thing lacking is a better way of securing the filter.

So let me start off by saying, Most of us 2002 and older crown vic/grand marquis owners have trouble finding a full intake kit for our vehicles, But I found this one while looking online for intakes for my 2002 Grand Marquis LS, Its got great welds the intake tubing is thick enough to weld together if needed. Now for the Cons, The IAC Valve Tube they supply with Isn't long enough to replace the stock IAC tube, With that problem you have to put both tubes together but if you do that the Tube kinks, I recommend making a custom IAC tube yourself by going to your Local Auto Parts store and grabbing some tube. The other thing that annoyed me was one of the tubes had a hole in it for no reason, Im not talking about the tube that has a hole in it for the Intake Air Temp Sensor, But another 90 degree angle tube has a quarter size hole in it that looks like something was supposed to go there, But on my vehicle its not needed, I had to fill that hole with RTV Blue silicone so that I didn't have a Intake Leak. Other then all that, Its been a nice addition to my engine bay and it looks nice.

I would recommend this product to all of my Grand Marquis, Crown Vic's, and Lincoln driving brothers and sisters. 2002 grand marquis LS showed improvement Immediately... Good product for the Price.
