Very pleased !! The only little thing it would be having the lid with the option of being able to be removed. Other than that work perfectly, looks beautiful!! Super easy to use ! Auto shut off and the ability to keeping the water warm is a plus, doesn’t take a lot of space ! Hope it lasts !

We are truly impressed with this kettle. Everything works as expected. Full kettle cold to boiling in 5 minutes. Reading several of the prior reviews had me wondering how it operated. Prior Review instructions said to select 1. Temp. 2. Select Power. That is not how this kettle operates. Maybe they listened and corrected the issues. My kettle operates like this.1. Select Power ( automatically sets to 212). Kettle comes up to temperature and shuts off for steeping.2. If lower temperature is desired. Select Power then desired temperature. Kettle will come up to temperature and shuts off for steeping.3. If you want to keep kettle at selected temperature. Select the (KEEP WARM) button after Power & Temperature are selected. Kettle will continue to warm for 1 hour and then shut off.The instructions that came with unit weren’t totally clear or wording not accurate which had me confused but, Hopefully this helps anyone researching this product.

I am pretty impressed with this tea kettle. I love making fruit tea and this has both an infuser and a removable strainer at spout. So when I pour a cup, I’m only getting liquid. The keep warm feature is very handy. I will note that it does not keep a rolling boil, it just keeps the tea at boiling. I also like how wide the top is which makes it easy it is to clean, since I don’t always use the infuser. Sometimes I put fruit directly into the kettle.

** Update the seller reached next day and is replacing under warranty. Really appreciate the swift response and resolution!Got the kettle on January 16, and today Feb 25, I can no longer open the top. The top sticks even without the diffuser inside of it. Reached out to the manufacturer will update in a few.

I really like this machine with a few exceptions. It works so much better than my cosori (which stopped working 2x). II really liked my Cosori, so i am kind of bummed.I decidedto try this one since it was reasonablypriced. I've had it 2-3 weeks and have used it every day.Pros: It's pretty quiet. It holds a lot of water & it seems like the water is more true to temp then my cosori. It is esthetically pleasing. Works fast and ergonomically great to use.Cons: The quality of the tea basket concerns me so I haven't used it yet. It also snaps into the kettle using a large plastic holder, which I dont like, and will come in contact with condensation. I just boiled my bags without it and it worked great. The buttons are not intuitive & the keep warm function only lasts about a .5 hour. Also, to start the kettle, you need to push the on off button, your desired temp and the keep warm button if you want it to stay warm. You can do this after you boil the water, but you still need to push all 3 buttons. (And it does boil pretty fast soyou don't need to wait long for another cup of tea. If you want to pour the water before it is done boiling it shuts off. Even if only a few seconds so that is super annoying. However, none of these would keep me from buying it again.However, I noticed the handle has an awful chemical smell. I didn't smell it at first only after using it which makes me think the heat has brought out the smell somehow. I also noticed it when standing at my sink. Not up close to the machine. It is kind of subsiding after another week, but I'm going to have to return it. I'm not comfortable with that smell.But I really like it, so I'm bummed.

When I first bought this tea kettle, it worked very well and did what it was made to do. Unfortunately, only eight months after purchasing it, the base stopped receiving electricity, so the kettle no longer works. I am genuinely disappointed at this outcome, as a 20-dollar one from Walmart has lasted longer.

I have used electric kettles for many years, finding them useful and helpful in a busy kitchen ~ BUT until now, I had kettles with only one temperature, i.e., boil. Yes, just boil.This one offers four different temperatures between 175 degrees and 212 degrees(woo-hoo!), meaning, my husband can make his French press coffee, I can top off a boiling pot on the stove, and make my various teas each at the recommended temperature. I guess the "Keep Warm" temp makes five choices.I love that it is metal and glass with a minimum of plastic on the unit.And it has the sweetest little squeaky beep to indicate temp has been reached.I am delighted to have this kettle join the party in my kitchen.

I really like it. It heats tea quickly and can keep it warm. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the lid is attached. That makes it harder to clean. I would rather it be removeable.
