I put one of these on my mill lube system. It's a nice, readable, gauge and it seems to agree with the gauge on the Ingersoll Rand regulator that I have upstream - so plenty much good enough. Unlike the (different brand) gauge I replaced this had well-formed threads (something you should be able to take for granted, right?), a bleed hole to adjust to your atmosphere, and reasonable instructions.No gripes. Can't beat the price and accuracy is bang on within the resolution of the dial.

I couldn’t get the glycerine to release. Makes a little noise whilst the truck is warming up. Works fine & adds peace of mind.Minus one star for the glycerine, although I guess now I won’t ever be surprised by it leaking out as I have heard can happen with these types of gauges….

It almost seems like it's slightly smaller then original npt fitting. I used the tape but I had to tighten it to stop the leak and actually cracked the plastic on pool filter. Not sure if it is smaller then 1/8 npt or my old one was a special size..
