I don’t usually write reviews, but for this item I had to. I am obsessed. I have no shortage of devices to stretch my back from foam rollers, Dennerolls, to the curved back stretcher that’s laid on on the floor…none of them work as well as this. It gives me the exact stretch and mild decompression that I need. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

I threw out my back and had tried everything. Heat, ice, OTC meds, even meds from the DR and nothing helped. Got this in and was able to get my back to release and feel so much better. Husband and I both use it daily now to help keep our backs relaxed. Great alternative to the full tables that take up too much room. Love this!!

My back actually felt better using this device however, I was getting a head rushes in the invert position, and it was a job getting on the floor and getting off the floor being 5 9†and this device sits pretty low as I am a senior and getting on and off the floor can be difficult for me After a while, the pads on this device will start hurting as well at least in the beginning and maybe if I use it more often, my back will get used to the hard cushion pads this device.

I wanted an inversion table, however I live in a condo, so i I do not have room for one, so I got this device, I like the way it’s stretches out my back, it helps alleviate some slight back concerns, and when I’m feeling some back and muscle crampsaches I reach out for this, game changer slightly

Product worked at first. Now the cheap plastic sleeves on the rollers have slipped off. The rollers wobble from side to side now, which doesn’t feel good. Frustrating! Cheap, crappy construction for too much money. Don’t waste your money!

I have limited space in my home gym, but I do have a full size inversion table. The inversion table is great, but it's often pushed to the side because of the space it takes up. This roller is great to use when I just need a quick stretch of my back. It sits out next to my weight training equipment so it's easily accessible. I'm able to lay on it, and roll my back along it to get a good, quality stretch. It feels great! It's small enough that I don't need any additional support to get up or down when using. I just lay back slowly, feel a good stretch, roll up and down, and that's it! I'd highly recommend this to anyone needing to save space for a good foam rolling stretch!
