These seem to work fine for what we are using them for and for the price. Been knocking any high slots off a footer the we just installed for a retaining wall and the footer needs to pretty precise for the first course to set on and this worked well.

I used these for grinding the tile adhesive off about 1,100 square feet of concrete floor. They did an excellent job. I did go completely through two and part of a third. That was probably 20 hours of grinding. So I was very happy with the durability. provided I used light pressure and consistent motion, they also left a pretty smooth floor. I'm happy with them.

I ground my entire porch down with ease, maybe 40 sq ft. I only used one of the cups but its still sharp. Makes short work of rough concrete and leaves a decent finish. I wet ground to control the dust. Threaded diamond cups are more convenient and the fitment of these to my angle grinder wasn't the best, but it works. I gave 4 stars because of this. For the price though they can't be beat.

I didn't have high hopes, but it was cheap and claimed to be able to do the job, so I gave it a try. Our foundation had been extended and so we had around 25 feet by 8 inches wide that was between half an inch and an inch high which had been fine until we were looking to finish the basement. I went with this two pack figuring that between the two of them I'd get a good idea on how many of this type of grinding wheel I was going to need. Well I ground the whole thing down using only 1 wheel and it still looks nearly new, I didn't really notice any major difference in the grinding efficiency from the beginning to the end. Make sure to wear safety glasses as it definitely occasionally throws some bits. I'd also recommend you keep it wet and even keeping it wet a dust mask isn't a bad idea. It isn't quick, my project took me a little over 2.5 hours with a Ryobi 18V cordless grinder, a high amp electric would probably go faster. The end result was a nice smooth surface that I could easily lay a subfloor over

No surprises here. I used to grind concrete from a wall and also to level some floor areas. Warning, there will be tons of concrete dust in the air. Wear proper masks and allow the area to circulate air. I have not tried with water, but it may work. Good luck!

They are made very well, but one of the grinding wheel won't fit on the 4.5" grinder with out removing the guard.
