I was able to use this tool to pack my wheel bearings without issue. I think it did just as good as the old way and was much cleaner!

Appears to be good. I used one of these 25 plus years ago. Have not used this bearing packer yet, but it looks just like the one I used back then. It has a grease zert on it so you can fill it with a grease gun. Dust cover seems to fit well.
