Comes vacuum packed, like size adjusting ability. Works much better than trying to put tin foil around edges

So I have been on a pie baking kick again, something to do with it FINALLY getting cooler out, but I really don't like when the crust gets too hard. I usually do the tin foil thing but have been more and more going to the dark side with reusable/silicone things. So in looking up new pie pans I saw these and figured I'd give them a try.They worked so well! The little nubs and notches on the side help keep the size if it is small or big. I have used them for many pies now and even a few pizzas, no more sacrificing the crust to get the middles cooked.Now they do feel "flimsy" and you have to make sure they don't knock off when you place whatever in the oven but the results are totally worth it.They also clean super easy, even apple pie stickiness.

I found it quite difficult to get it to my special 7-1/2" size. However, once I realized what the problem was, it was easily fixed and used. The problem was getting it to stay in place without falling off or not covering the edges. What I did, and it worked like magic, was to get 3 simple large paper clips to keep the two sides together in my other pie dish of the same size. Once I got my pie from the freezer, I just moved it from the sample dish to the real one. Worked perfectly! Of course, you don't need to have two identical dishes - just prepare the cover before you start working with the pie. I worked very well. I gave it 4 stars only because of that problem, but it should not happen again!:)

Won't hold a circular shape due to one tiny little "lock". As soon as you think you have it sized right, you go to put it on the pan and falls apart. Not recommended.

This is very flimsy silicone piece. It's far more narrow than I expected. I have not had a chance to use it yet, but I'm not expecting much. Hopefully it works out better than I think it will. I should have saved my money and used aluminum foil as I've always done.
