Compared to OEM parts, this is WAAAAY cheaper priced, but the quality is excellent. This product functions as it should, was easy to install, and there is almost no noise when operating. The fitment is the same as OEM so no worries about having to modify anything.

Installed this on my 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 (12v 5.9L), quad cab, short bed, 2500 Laramie (original owner). My original actuator was starting to fail (after 26 years of service). The product installed perfectly (was a little tricky getting to the part, but that is an engineering item of Chrysler, not the product I'm reviewing), fit as expected, and works as expected. I'm going on three months of this product and it works every time. When the left door actuator starts to fail, I will buy from this vendor again.#thekilted1

I ordered this twice and both times they came defective. I had to take apart and fix myself do not order.!

Product came as described and on time. The installation was not so easy to do because removing the hardware mounting panel was very difficult to do. I did complete it but the door can't be opened manually, it has to be opened electronically only.....but at least it can be opened now......I won't be going back in to find out why anytime soon....

I received the part quickly. The shipping was fast.That said, the door lock actuator was a perfect fit and it worked perfectly. The new actuator even came with a bag of extra plastic clips for the door lock rods. Just as good as OE in my opinion.

We have a 2012 Dodge Challenger. This part continues to fail and we are unable to open the driver side door. We even got locked out because the battery died again once it failed. Luckily we have smart freinds and didn't have to break a window to get back in, as there is no other way back into the vehicle if the battery dies. However, after a little research, I found out that the clip is missing. I need a replacement part. After I receive it, maybe my review will be better, as I cannot delete it.
