Really good quality vinyl tube. I got the 10 ft 1in ID X 1.25in OD tube it came with 4 light duty hose clamps. It is very true to the ID size. My wheelchair has an top frame that is 1in OD.I appreciated that the tube was sealed with air to prevent it kinking up.I cut a slit down the back and slipped the tube over the legs of my #ETHOS #wheelchair to protect the candy apple red paint from getting damaged.Used zip ties and electrical tape over the zip ties with the knot or lock piece aligned along the back of the legs. The tape insures no cut hands from the zip ties.I read that some people experienced a horrible toxic smell. Only air filled the tube, and since it was sealed inside a soft vinyl tube just after production. Likely it gets heat sliced in ten foot or whatever length it needs to be and then packed and stored.The air in your bathroom gets smelly from certain human functions and to others can smell toxic. It isn't necessarily toxic, it's just smelly. Oh, the drama of it all.The tube had hardly any smell at all other than a slight plastic vinyl smell. When I cut one end off it hissed as it had about 1 or 2 pounds of pressure and no toxic skin dissolving eye watering smell. It wad a slightly stronger vinyl smell than the tube was prior to cutting the end off.It is very clear and super pliable.For the money it was a decent deal. Four stars put of five fo value.The little hose clamps that are included are cute as they are smaller than the typical hose clamps I use of the same diameter. These are about half as wide and are clearly for light duty use.I opted to use zip ties because I don't need anyone lifting my chair in or out of a vehicle and injure their hands. With the zip ties I left the long end on and wrapped it around to insure no sharp parts.So there you go used for something it wasn't designed for. And can recommend to anyone looking for decent tubing at pretty good prices.

This hose works very well. For drain lines on an AC unit. you do not have to cut the pipe every time, just take the rubber hose off of the three quarter inch.Pipe

I don’t know the intended purpose of this tubing, so I can only speak to how it is performing for me in my needed task. I have a 55-inch dog wading pool. It needs to be completely emptied about 2-3 times per month because the water gets so muddy, but just opening the side plug floods the ground and causes an adjacent giant mud puddle, which the dogs walk through to get back in the pool when I refill it, putting dirt back into the clean pool. The pool plug includes an adapter cap that attaches to a hose, not included, of course! I figured that a hose 25-feet-long would drain the water into a grassy depression further out into the yard. I took the adapter to a home improvement store to explore what hoses might work. I thought the clear plastic flexible tubing they had would work, but it was only 10-feet long so I ordered this one from Amazon.Pros: it attaches well to the adapter plug as the hose is soft and pliable. It does work as I hoped, though draining is slow, guess the depression isn’t low enough for fast gravity drainage. The clamps were a nice inclusion, to tighten the hose around the plug.Cons: wow, the smell! Strong plastic odor. It has decreased since I’ve stored it outside, but it still hits me every time I uncoil it. And secondly, it kinks very easily. I have to keep carefully coiling and twisting to get the kinks out so the water will drain.

I used this hose to pump water from a barrel (80 gal) or tote (165 gal) to my aquariums which can be 20' away. Price for the hose is reasonable, but it kinks very easy. Even just the weight of the water in the hose would kink the hose going over the edge of a barrel. I had gotten something help keep the hose less kinked going over the edge. But even when moving the hose around between tanks, I had to watch for the kinks in the hose. If you just need short pieces of very flexible hose this might work for you. For my purposes of moving water between barrels and tanks that could be 20' away, I went with the heavy-duty version of the hose which is stiffer and much less prone to kinking.

I needed to get some tubing this size for my portable ac/heat unit. I had been running the piece of tubing it came with into a big canning pot behind it. In the summer when it was hot and it does get hot in Texas, I would dump the water in the morning and evening. That was getting old. So I bought this 100 ft tubing and ran it through the floor and away from the rv. It works great and u don't have to dump buckets of water any more.
