This product can be used for a multitude of things but I have used it mainly when making ravioli from scratch! It works perfectly! I probably didn't look at the listing very well and it was shorter than I expected upon arrival but it doesn't hinder the ability to due what I purchased it for.

After first use, the wheel doesn’t smoothly move. It started to tear my dough…. No longer useful for me have to use a bench scraper to cut my dough for crackers. Disappointed.

I purchased this item to make ravioli but the edges are not sharp to cut the dough. I had to presss firmly to cut through the dough. Cleaning isn’t easy because of dough gets stuck inside the rims. Looks good though.

Bought this to cut pastry dough, homemade noodles and ravioli. Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it will worked based on the reviews I've read. Seems sturdy. Great value for the money.
