I bought this product for Christmas, and I use it for exercise; these bands work well. If I buy this product in the future, yes, I would buy it again. My daughter uses these bands for exercise, and she really loves them. I love the bag that comes with them. I would recommend them to anyone who would love to buy these bands.

These are just right. I purchased them to do the exercises for my shoulder and I can start with the easy and work up to harder one. Hopefully they will help my shoulder

I wanted to tone up some flabby arms and thighs (most of us do) but they were a tad small for my likingThese are great for people like me, older and cannot do weight liftingThey were easy to use and were very durable.When I tried to use them on thighs, they were a little uncomfortable and rolled upI would recommend these but would rather have longer bandsThe price was right and there are strength levels for everyone

I am using the bands for foot exercises given by my physical therapist for plantar fasciitis. The X-Light is X-Light, and seems too light to challenge my stretch. but might work better for a serious injury. The Light band works for my needs as my foot is weak. The Medium, Heavy and Extra-Heavy bands seem to progress in stretch difficulty as they should. So far the bands have not rolled up as others have described. A bag is provided to keep the bands in but I find it too small and am putting in a different larger pouch.

Great exercise hands. The quality is good, they’re easy to apply and use, and they look great with the colors. Nice purchase for the price.

I didn't like these bands. When you stretch them, they don't spring back so well. I have other bands that do. So these aren't great in comparisson.
