As other reviewers have stated, it does take a bit to load up and get going.However, sound quality is excellent through bluetooth and the touchscreen and interface worked exactly asexpected.

Bought this radio to upgrade my current XM radio. Nice upgrade because I wanted a blue tooth connection to my speakers. It was delivered in one day and works exactly as I hoped.

The touch screen is nice, no buttons to have to press which can move the radio if pressed too hard. I have had this radio for close to a year now. From the time I installed it I noticed it was very slow to load. About 50% of the time my favorites would not load/ show up. I would have to turn it off and back on and wait for it to start up again. I have left it on before to see if they would eventually load but they wouldn’t. Sometimes when the favorites loaded, after a few minutes I would try to switch to a different favorite channel and the favorites would be gone. I would have to restart once again. Just recently on all the channels it would only show the channel and not the artist or song playing.

My Onyx is safer to use while driving because you can feel the buttons without looking away from the road. This thing was a mistake. I have to look at it to change channels and then the screens change and the button configuration is different so you have to look again. Whoever designed the screen button layout needs another profession. Also, the radio will not update even when connected to the internet. It always returns an error that it can't connect to the server. The thing doesn't want to connect to any services but it connects to any wifi just fine. It's kind of wonky but the radio portion works fine.

I love xm and have been using it for 18 years. I bought a lifetime subscription and still had my original unit till I got into a accident and it broke. I was nervous about buying a all touch screen and no buttons but I'm very pleased so far with this unit. It doesn't come with a remote which stinks but my first units remote works with it so I scored there.

Having Sirus in the house is great. Love Sirius content and little to no commercials. Don't have to be in car to listen to it. A non essential I can't d do without.

I have been having a lot of trouble with this system and finally figured out why it hasn’t been working properly! Cold Solder. This internal plug that inserts inside the docking module or station, when I tried transferring the unit to another docking station stayed in the docking station itself! I need help from the company! I have tried calling the number on this page, even left them a message and they never responded. I give up and now recommend using SiriusXm directly and get the Roadie Model! It’s a much better unit and you are now dealing directly with the company. Don’t buy from King….
