Let me just say, this thing is a beast! I used it to grind down the apron on my garage. on the leading edge of the apron, I had to takeoff close to a half of an inch and tape it back to the garage door, this did an exceptional job! I would recommend this to anyone who has a concrete grinding task. The attached picture is my garage apron after grinding (the cuts were already in it, previous owner solution that didn’t work).

I got this uniquely contoured grinding cup-wheel to tame the cracked and shifting slabs of my driveway. But I’m also a stone carver, so I’m sure this scouring wheel will find a parallel life in my stone shop.Even with my slightly under-powered grinder, this giant cup-wheel was plenty aggressive with my concrete driveway. I’m sure the spacing of the teeth and reduced contact surface area allows scouring pressure to be concentrated, thus accounting for much of its aggressive performance. Nicely done!

This DiamaPro Systems Star Threaded 7 Inch 10 Segment Turbo Concrete Grinding Cup Wheel for Grinding, Leveling, Removing Glue/Coating is a heavy beast and intended to be used with a tool I don’t have, so I got an adapter to allow me to use this with my drill. It is heavy and unwieldy and could easily get away from me, so I use this only on very low speed which probably impacts its effectiveness.Don’t get me wrong, it will grind like the beast that it is, but as a 5’1†59 yo woman, I don’t believe I’m the target user. I got this to clean up some spills of unknown substances that have been on the garage floor since we bought our house. It is very effective and it seems to have very little impact on the wheel so I think it’ll be long lasting, but it might not feel so overly aggressive if I were using it with the tool it was designed for - which is 100% on me.If you have mystery (or non-mystery) stains/gunk on your concrete, give this wheel a look.

So I got this diamond cup wheel and first th out was this thing is all show. Well I gotta say it does pretty good..its pretty smooth for a course cup wheel and seems to wear pretty well..and I actually used it on a small angle grinder designed for 5 inch or 4 inch wheels..because of it's lightweight cutting edge design the smaller grinder worked fine with this 7inch wheel..be ready cuz it really takes material quickly..pretty good product..makes me curious about what more this company has to offer

Right out of this box this 7-in wheel screams performance and good quality. It's got a nice heavy feel and we put this thing to work at least twice a week for a couple hours at a time and it holds up very well. It attaches to the appropriate grinder very easily. It sits nice and tight with no loose feeling whatsoever. You can expect to pay way more for a brand name at a big box store or tool Supply, but this thing is an excellent value for the money. We primarily use it to level out bumps and uneven finishes on concrete when we are refinishing floors. So is the perfect tool. I fully expect to keep working with this particular makeup model.

This thing surprised us at how well it worked. It will take off material like it's nothing. It's well made, stout and an awesome tool. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

This is the second wheel I have requested from DiamaPro. Both have been top notch in quality. I had to wait a while until my replacement grinder came in to test the wheels. So, this review was using a BOSCH 9 inch grinder. What I need the wheel for is shaping some rather large sandstone rocks that I will be using for building in the future. This Star Wheel is quite aggressive and too much for the sandstone. I did get to test it for removing some glue for a neighbor redoing his bathroom. What a difference! Definitely the wheel you will want for that particular job. It was quite impressive. The wheel just blasted thru the old hard glue like it wasn't even there. No gumming or melting, just GONE! I will be saving this Star Wheel for the job it was made for. If you remove adhesives from concrete often, I would recommend you give this wheel a try. You won't be disappointed.
