I purchased the adult version of this product to help regain my grip strength after having a stroke and found it too hard to manipulate so I came to realize there were Child's hand-strength grippers. They are a perfect size for my petite hands and they are not excessively tight so I can increase the tension as I get stronger. Great Product and a Great Price BTW you get two with your purchase.

Our 7 year old loves to strengthen his muscles especially during sports seasons. You can change the strength setting for grip. But it you will love it !
