After coating, the laser power can be increased at least 5%. (Compared to non-coating tube)
Installation Steps
- Determine the Positive and Negative poles of the laser tube. (the end with the spiral inside is the positive end)
- Connect the positive end and negative end with the machine's wires correspondingly. (Pay more attention to the insulation, especially the high-voltage end, you can wrap with electrical tape a few more turns, or seal with 704 silicon rubber.)
- Please Connect the Cooling Water Pipe. Feed water from the positive pole, the negative pole is out of water. Put the inlet and outlet water pipes into water, keep the water inlet under the laser tube and the interface cannot be leaked. Circulating water cooling, at least 20L. Before use, the water reservoir must be filled with water. (The laser tube has 3 layers in total. The innermost layer pass laser, the outermost layer is filled with CO2, and the middle layer is for the cooling water. There must be no water in the innermost and outermost layers.)
- Adjust the optical path with the laser and test switch on the machine, to make the laser point enter from the middle of the entrance hole of the laser head, and then adjust the vertical optical path. (If the power is weak, try to wipe the lens at first.)
Maintaining Suggestion:
- Confirm whether the water circulation works well every time before use.
- Water temperature should be controlled at 20℃-30℃.
- The laser tube is made by glass, which is fragile. Thus, be careful when installing and using it.
- Avoid the dust accumulation nears to the high voltage electrode, keep it dry and clean, and keep the high voltage end away from the metal as much as possible. Otherwise, it may cause damages to the mainboard.
- The cooling water should be replaced in time:
- Summer: Replace the water every 2 weeks at least (you can put some ice in the water for cooling down);
- Winter: replace the water every 4 weeks at least (do not let the water freeze);
- The higher the machine power is, more often need to replace the water.
Positive pole:
The positive pole is the high-voltage end, connect with the positive terminal of the machine and the inlet water pipe, to feed cooling water in. (Pay more attention to the insulation, especially the high-voltage end, you can wrap with electrical tape a few more turns, or seal with 704 silicon rubber.)
Negative pole:
The negative pole is out of water, connect with the negative terminal of the laser machine. (Make sure that the inlet is lower than the outlet.)
Easy installation:
Wire preconnected: the wires of the two ends, positive pole and negative pole, are connected in advance. Just connect with the wires of your laser machine correspondingly, then make sure the insulation. If any question during installing, feel free to let us know.

The unit was packed well (good padding / box inside box). Wires already attached to the tube. Amazing unit & well worth the money. This "40w" unit far overpowers my original tube. I'll order from Ten-High next time (when I'm ready to move to a 60w tube.

This laser tube is a direct replacement for my Full Spectrum 5th Gen Hobby 40w laser tube that went bad. It was an easy swap out, less than a third of the price of one from Full Spectrum, and does seem more powerful than the old tube.Highly RecommendedCFH

I usually go through 2-3 tubes a year, I cut at least8 hours a day, at least 6 days a week. The last tube I got from ten high has lasted 11 months, it still works but the multiple passes is killing my production time. I’ve never had a tube that lasted this long, so I came back for another. It arrived today and to my amazement, I didn’t even have to do the regular wiring that’s required with a Full Spectrum 5th generation. It already had the wiring with the silicone and sleeves installed. I don’t know who thought of this idea but please keep it this way. I didn’t even have to open the back of my machine as I usually have to do. It took me about 10 minutes to install. I used wire nuts to secure their attached wires to my present wiring. I could kiss you, you are my hero. Thanks for such a headache free morning.

The first tube was arcing no matter what I did. The replacement worked on the first try. Dealer did work with me on the first tube, and return was simple and fast.

The 40W / 700mm tube was a perfect drop-in replacement for my K40 laser cutter. The old tube had deteriorated in performance and was operating in TEM-01 mode (i.e. a split beam that diverged from the source) and could etch, but not cut through 1/8†pine in under 20 passes at 10 mm/sec. Now I have a coherent beam that focuses well and cuts all the way through the same wood in four passes at lower wattage.All seems good. Money well spent.Shipping didn’t go perfectly, but in the end it worked out.

I used this Laser Tube for my first replacement in my Dremel Digilab Laser. I saved $200 dollars , compared to the Dremel Laser Tube price. I had to remove the plug from my old Laser Tube and connect them to my new Laser Tube. I was concerned with the installation but it was simple. When I started my Dremel Lase it cut with no adjustments. I hope you have the same luck

WARNING!!! Please do not use or purchase this bulb, just like another reviewer said, the 'electrical' part of this bulb is wried incorrectly and it will cause your machine to spark and short the circuit, which is a very expensive fix, you have been warned, do NOT purchase this, it does not work and will blow out your machine!!

Siguiendo los pasos en Internet pude cambiar bien mi antiguo láser. Se ve de buena calidad y aunque era más caro por tener los empalmes hechos lo preferà asà para evitar complicaciones y riesgos.

My laser was losing power and making a high pitch noise. I sent a video to high ten who advised me the tube will need replacing. I had researched about cheap tubes being advertised at a certain power but were actually lower wattage running at peak power and therefore you get a short life. Also on YouTube a guy shows that if you put a piece of white paper behind the tube and see a gold line where the beam goes that shows it’s a good quality. The tube arrived and I did look for that and yes there is the gold. This comes with wires already connected so needs a connection to the high voltage cable. I bought a cloudray connector to save the soldering. Easy to fit. Just be aware that the capacitor can hold high voltage so that needs to discharge before handling the red wire. I ran distilled water through the tube first and made sure there wasn’t any air bubbles, changed all the mirrors while I was at it and ordered a new lens. Realigned and what a difference. A bright thick pinky purple beam and so much more power. It now cuts with less power and more speed and the high pitch sound has gone.
