i'm not a baker. Recently I made egg salad and tuna fish patties. I had a hard time mixing both. Thus tool works perfect. I have arthritis in my hands so I have difficulty using forks to break down the eggs and tuna. Not any more. It's easy to grip and the blades mix each item perfectly. Happy with is purchase.
