I was looking for some pie tins and saw that these were made of steel so these were made so strong, they are so easy to clean, they look good, they are a great size, they are made of steel and aluminum so they bake great and the price is good.

The weight and finish of these pie tins are perfect. They did not stick and the crusts were crisp. The finish survived sharp cutting utensils for serving.

Used the common brand for decades. These heat more evenly. The textured bottom made serving easier. Thick steel doesn't get bent from cutting lots of pies.

I have some other USA Pan products, and they all perform flawlessly. These pans are no exception. They’re well-built, sturdy pans that produce excellent results. Very durable, and last for years. A great value.

Read that aluminum pie pans distribute heat more evenly than glass, resulting in a more consist, thoroughly baked crust. I have baking sheets in this brand and they're excellent, so I bought their pie pans. The pans are great, but I still prefer baking pies with glass pans so I can see the crust.

This tin has a good weight and conducts heat evenly. In combination with a pre-heated baking steel or tray underneath no soggy bottom. Perfect size and depth for most sweet pie recipes I've come across. The coating seems pretty resilient and hasn't scratched despite cutting pie (albeit gently) with a metal knife. Picture is a rhubarb pie.

If you are into pies, you must buy this pan. Already used it twice since the pan arrived last week, the results are excellent. The pie slides out of thr pan with no effort and the crust is like store bought.

I haven’t had a metal pie pan for many years. My pie making days were over. Years later I got a glass pan. I had bottom crust that were soggy . I couldn’t understand why my pies weren’t baking a crisp bottom. Today the pans arrived just as I finished making the pastry. Very cold dough and after assembled refrigerated for about an hour then baked. I’m so glad I can depend on these pie pans. They turned out well.
