Among chin rest pads available, this violin Watris Veiyi brand was the best choice to protect my collar bone from the hard violin surface I suffered for over a year. It was also economical and fit perfectly around the violin and chin rest.

I have a sharp chin and this helped soften the contact points. I have several so I can wash them. Nicer than using a cloth that moves around.

Having tried many different shoulder rests on my violin, which were either uncomfortable, inadequate to stabilize the violin in the desired position on my shoulder or which caused my chin to slide off the chin rest, I finally found that the combination of this fabric cover over my chin rest and the KUN Bravo shoulder rest using a longer leg (which can be purchased separately) enabled me to finally be able to comfortably lock the violin onto my shoulder at the desired angle. They're very cheap, so I bought some extra ones.

Product is well made, but it doesn't fit my chin rest. I'm sure if it fit I'd give it a higher rating.
