I got this to put on my french doors. It was easy to install- there are velcro strips with adhesive backing that you place around the door frame and there are pushpins to help secure it. The "doors" also have velcro strips and that's what attaches the door to the frame. I used this from Aug-Nov and the velcro held strong. It was still in great condition when I took down the "doors." I left the velcro strips around the door frame since other reviews recommended doing that... it will save me from having to reinstall it. I'm counting down the days to spring time so I can open my doors again but keep the bugs and leaves out!

The material seems very strong, i think that it's going to last us for a while. Not thin like the last one i had before. My balcony door is an odd size, it is difficult to find the perfect size and a custom made curtain will be too expensive for us. I checked many sites, even bought one that had to returned because i couldn't tweak it to make it fit.This is the closest that I have come to making it work, I bought a 32x90 . I had to tweak it a little bit to make it work but from the inside no one can tell that I did. I'm on the 22nd floor so no one but us see the back of it. Nice velcro, strong magnetic closure, beautiful and it's doing the job of keeping the mosquitos and other bugs out. Worth every penny.I used to have 2 other curtains year ago that i bought locally, the material wasn't as strong as this one but they did a great job for many years. I had to tweak those too. I bought this one because I needed a replacement and couldn't find the old ones locally or online.So far I'm pleased with it, I installed it today so we will see with time how well it does. I have high expectations for it. I will review it again in the near future. If the size is close enough to your needs buy it in confidence you won't regret it. Tks

I ordered this screen and it came today. When I place it up in position where it would go it was about an inch short at width of what it should be. I did what the instructions said and ordered the size of my door, a 32X80. The screen width sent me tmeasures 33 but should be 34 for a proper fit. Only about half an inch of the velcro will lap onto the frame it has to be mounted to. What's going on here? In view of this what am I supposed to do -- ignore the instructions to measure the door and increase the door width to 33 versus 32 and reorder? I don't have time for this nonsense. I honestly do not understand how a company can do business this way. It is absurd. I'm almost furious and I note that many other reviewers had similar problems. I'm not at all happy and gave it two stars solely because it appears reasonably well made though I'm sure the screen would be too dark to see through very well - I probably will never know. Sign me aggravated. Just ridiculous.UPDATE:I contacted the company and Helen helped me. She explained that I had been sent the wrong screen and offered to send me an updated one with the correct dimensions. I accepted and received the new screen about a week later. I installed the new screen and it works like a charm. Wife and I are very pleased with the outcome and with the customer service to correct problem.SOME COMMENTS: These screens are not expensive so they are a pretty good investment for a homeowner to be able to leave their doors open, particularly in the spring and fall, to get breeze, help animals get in and out and keep flying insects at bay. I thought the darker screen color would be too dark when mounted but I was wrong.It's actually excellent. I mounted one on my family room double door but had to put a piece of trim on the center of the door frame to hold the right side of the screen, but it wasn't a aproblem. A problem I did find with both screens, the other on the kitchen door, was that the velcro tape will not hold the screen in place. You will have to put some augmentation fasteners at least at the upper corners and bottoms of each side. It's just simple truth that the pressure of pulling the screen open, though not a great deal of pressure, will cause the velcro tape to come unstuck and it gets to be a problem real fast. I used the included tacks on the family room screen and they worked well because of wood trim on the door. On the kitchen door, however, I have hardiboard trim installed (cementitious product) and I had to drill holes in the edge of the velcro strip of the screen and through the hardiboard and use 2 inch screws to hold it in place. This worked really well and the screens have been working flawlessly since. Wife's birthday was Monday and we had guests in for a mini celebration. The men were very impressed with the screens and how I mounted them and their function. They are not very handy so I don't epect they will follow up with an order, but they were impressed.FINAL POINTS: These are fiberglass screens and when they are received they are folded inside the package. I laid mine on the patio table for a couple days in the sun to soften the screens so that the creases, though not pronounced would soften out and they did. Secondly, since they are fiberglass screens I do not expect a long life from the product. If I get a couple years out of them I'll be satisfied and surely will reorder to install again if these start to deteriourate - but for now they appear sturdy and work well.

This is much more convenient for us than having a sliding screen door to our back porch. It looks great.This brand has strong magnets that close well.The mesh It is strong enough to last having my children run into it and pull on it without it tearing. The included adhesive backed Velcro strips are strong although because my kids.The size matched the dimensions according to the door opening guide shown on the product images.We just replaced this screen, but it was a great value. It lasted for several years in harsh Michigan winters with children trying to abuse it.

Pros: These screen doors are easy to install, strong, affordable, and work great. Cons: Magnets fall out over time so I put duct tape over all magnet casings before I hang. The dark mesh makes it difficult to see through at times—oh well. I have bought this same Yotache screen several times—they wear out after about 1.5 years—because it works so well!

This magnetic screen door was easy to install, fit perfectly, looks great and works amazing! The magnets are strong and it closes completely by itself. Our area has mosquitos during the hot summer months and of course other flying bugs throughout the year. We enjoy having our door open for fresh air and circulation everyday; now we can keep the door open! We haven't had any issues and we're so glad that we made this purchase! Complete game changer for our home.

For the price, this is actually a pretty good deal. The tape doesn’t stick to the door, but if you use tacks, it will stay up. My puppies didn’t take long to learn how to use it and it really works very well.

I installed the screens as per instructions. Very easy to install and it works excellent. The screen is very good quality and the magnets attach with very little resistance. The doors look great with screens on and it keeps the bugs and birds out of the garage.

Fits very well and was easy to install. Magnet strip is great. Cat and dog managed to figure out to push with their nose through the magnet, so now they can come and go as they please too. The tape started to come lose on the rough wood frame, but I secured it with the pins provided. Made a huge difference this summer keeping flies and mosquitoes out.

The velcro was wide as indicated and very sticky. The measurements were accurate. Installation according to the included instructions was straightforward. Our poodle and miniature yorkie were training to go in and out on their own without much trouble. I expect it'll keep most of the flies outdoors when they come out in full force!
