I want to thank Quest Supply for their quick and friendly service. My furnace blower failed Saturday morning. I ordered a blower from Quest. I live in Colorado and the weather was sub-freezing out side. I called their number and Alex answered. I asked if he could mail the blow over-night. He was on his way to mail the blower, but turned around, went back to his business and arranged to have it delivered over-night. Alex went beyond the call of duty. Once I got the blower, the furnace was up and running within an hour. Thank you Quest Supply.

The item fit correctly, install was easy, and it worked. Overall it was a good purchase, but the part was advertised as "new", but the one I received had a thin layer of dust on the fan side and around the motor. I assuming it was lightly used, but it's working. Hopefully for a long time...

After receiving a defective part from another source I ordered this part from Amazon. It arrived quickly and was easy to install. It runs very quietly, which is great!
