I call my 96 Miata the Millennium Falcon; "She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid. I've made a lot of special modifications myself." Those mods lead to cramped quarters underhood, and dropped parts from time-to-time. This flexible claw/magnetic grabber comes in handy grabbing dropped parts and small tools, as well as threading wires out of the way to aftermarket components. Unlike a cheaper version that I've got, this one holds its position after flexed, instead of springing back straight. The all-in-one design means the magnet can occasionally stick to steel parts of the car, but the magnet isn't so strong that this can't be overcome fairly easily, definitely not a deal-breaker.

The tool worked extremely well for what I purchased it for has good grip and magnet works well. Seems sturdy and built well. It holds its shape when you bend it, which is a plus or minus depending on your use. The ones that don’t hold, their shape are good for bending and turning at the same time around corners. But I think that would be the only advantage of the ones that don’t hold their shape. All in all a good tool

Nice product but it will not pass through some of my drains. The spring part of the grabber is too long to make some turns in the drains. It's still very useful but I can't use it for some plumbing issues. I know it's probably not designed for plumbing but I'm just saying.

This pick up tool is good quality and a handy one to have on hand. It is great that it is bendable/flexible and that it has claws to pick up things and is magnetic.

It’s hard to work unless you are young and have strong hands. The spring is very stiff.

The plunger is a little awkwardly designed. Once you get the hang of it, though, this product is really easy to handle. You will need to work on your grip strength first. It's quite sturdy, so you don't need to worry about it breaking on you.

The magnetic handle is good, but for picking up non-metallic objects the main tool is not very useful.
