I used these as a fine outline on my sidewalk chalk art at a local competition. They worked well for that, but it does use them up quickly.I think they were the right hardness for the sidewalk.

These are good for drawing figure drawing. Smooth and blends easily. I would buy these again. This is the drawing I made using the charcoal.

This is the best soft charcoal I’ve ever used. It is the same charcoal that the school instructor at college required as well. Price isn’t too bad but we are also in the middle of a pandemic and war so everything is inflated!
