These are a perfect fit to the original tubes. And, since Nissan only sells them with the entire heater core, this is a great alternative. I replaced both these and an after-market heater core for about half the cost of the Nissan parts.

Replaced heater core and installed new hoses and these work perfectly fine. Installation wasn’t as bad as people say it is. Only had to remove glove box, ac condenser, break the little plastic lip on the bottom and heater core slides right out.

I have a heater again!Old tubes were brittle and broke apart.Luckily one started leaking and I noticed it, wiggled it and it blew apart....in my shop.Just bypassed the heated core until summer was over....now its back in business.I greased the orings with silicone grease, started the 2 top bolts and slid the tubes under and then started the 2 bottom bolts. The grease will help the tube slide in and the oring stay in place. Not a bad job...especially if you have access to a refrigerant recovery machine as the a/c evaporator has to come out.

Great hard to find part. Not the easiest to install but not too bad. I recommend replacing the entire heater core. Not just the stupid plastic hoses. Although my lower was aluminum I only replaced the core and the upper tube

These tubes are a direct fit for the 2001 Nissan Xterra. Unfortunately, the stock tubes became brittle on my truck (from years of use) and one broke. Although the process to get to the heater core and replace them is tedious and not very easy, they fixed my issue. Glad I purchased them and would purchase again if I had to do this job on another vehicle.

Exact fit for 2000 Nissan Xterra. Doing the job sucked tho. Lots of disassembly and reassembly.
