Me and my wife have used these piles for three years now. There great for the value. Caught many big fix including a few 10lb catfish off these and they hold up good

I got the rods on Monday. I fished all Tuesday and had no issues. Good smooth casting and reeling. They are not Top notch but for the cost you definitely can't go wrong.

I was looking for a basic, easily portable set of rods/reels for freshwater fishing at a lake we frequent. There are tons of these on Amazon, so I looked through many of them while I had some time to kill. This set satisfied my criteria of good reviews, reasonable pricing, portability, pre-spooled with line (that's important unless you want to mess with that yourself). We took these out and caught some decent bass the first day.I can't guarantee that you will catch fish with these, but if you don't, it won't be because of the gear...

The poles are nice and lightweight and it is great to have the bag to store them in. The reels do not come already set up with the fishing line. You get the line but need to set it up on the reel yourself. The reels are not the best quality. Took the first reel apart to put the line on and the plastic around where it screws together broke so reel is now useless.

This rod and reel combo is a great set and you get two of them for the price of one! They are a great value and my son and I have already caught several trout using them. I bought me a second set for my dad. I definitely recommend! First set I bought the line didn’t come on the reel, no big deal I just lined it myself. The second set I purchased came with the line on the reels already set up to go fishing. Hope this helps!

The big case was broken and cause one of the hooks to get stuck in my finger I use some duct tape to hold it close on the one broken side the poles seem to work the size was perfect the portability seems to be what I was looking for the fishing line not as strong as I thought it would be
