I bought this for my boyfriend's granddaughter. Her 7th birthday & he bought her a bunch of toys, but this was her favorite!! Carrying case makes it easy to keep everything she needs together. The 3 of us love the outdoors & I get to teach the 2 of them to fish.

The rod and kit were a nice start for my 7year old girl, she loves it, but the reel is very cheap so I gave her my other open spinning reel. Put the spinning reel on it and it works great. They should make one with an open reel. I’d buy it again but with an open reel

We just had a chance to take the pole out of the package and set it up, unfortunately it is crap. It doesn’t cast, the reel is not straight inside and cracked. The reel itself is garbage. A complete waste of money

I guess you get what you get for the price.🤷Little upset that I got a reel and rod of two different colors when I ordered one pink reel and rod and the other blue. Whoever stocking must've was color blind.

This little package was purchased for my son for his first fishing outing at local lake, and I must say enabled him to enjoy and engage with learning to float fish without having to worry about lifting the arm on a standard rod reel and line tangles. The reel is as simple as hold down the button, release when you flick out and then adjust the slack with the handle, then wait. The accessories are ok and for the price cannot fault, the rod handled perch, roach upto 2lb over the 2 days we had without issue.I Would recommend this product highly for someone looking to take young children fishing

it was all packaged very neatly with a space for everything. it came in a box but everything is packet in a small bag but has enough space for everything. its very easy to use amazing good quality. its got a lot of accessorise with it everything included. i found it to be a best starter kit for the little ones and bigger children can also use it as its heavy duty and would suit an older child.

The handle on the rod came broken. And also once it was extended , the yellow part was damaged and would not go back down. Very disappointed in thus as is my son who is very upset as he was looking forward to going fishing.
