Hung up one of my big pictures in a frame. Stood back and thought good; even just in the right spot and crash to the floor! What happened? The frame was broken in two places thankfully on the edges. Being a fairly expensive picture I just stood there thinking what now? Then I remembered corner braces! I ordered them, got the frame together, replaced the picture and its mat (couldn't save the glass) rehung and looks wonderful.

I wanted extra stability on a mirror frame I made and it and the screws were the perfect size. And, I have plenty more for future projects.

I have two old frames that were beginning to separate at the corners. Rather than a complete frame overhaul, these braces work very well.

These are good braces. They are not thick enough for heavy duty jobs, but they are strong for their thin footprint. They are well made and simple to use. The finish on them is clean.

The brackets are shockingly thin and the screws are fine if you are screening into melted butter. I predrilled the holes completely , used a drill, not an impact driver and the first five screw s either sheared or stripped. Heading to Home Depot to buy something usable.

These are not hefty brases at all. The screws provided are very cheap and the head snaps off. Will not be buying these again.
