Purchased for my 2012 Ram 1500. A little work getting the old gasket material off (isopropyl alcohol helps!) but new gasket fits great and no leaks since. Also installed flashing tape around the inside of the light opening, which seems to help! Worth it!

I purchased the Hercoo 3rd brake light gasket for my 2018 ram 1500 crewcab. The gasket is of high quality and was easy to install. Hopefully it solved the problem, thanks.

2018 ram 2500 was leaking around the brake light. This fit perfectly and the adhesive is strong so be sure you get it on right so you don't have to pull it off. It's pretty simple to do yourself and fixed the leak

The gasket itself worked just fine. As Others have stated, it could be thicker, maybe even a different type closer to factory type.I found that the opening for my High Mount/Third Brake light assembly on my 2013 Ram 1500 needed to be massaged a little. Since the assembly only mounts with two screws on the outside of the assembly, the middle doesn't get a lot of clamping force on the gasket. I pulled up evenly across the opening on my cab to bring the middle sheet metal a little higher and push into the gasket more. After this, the gasket worked great and got rid of my common Ram cab leak. No more water getting in during car washes.Overall, a Great product for the home mechanic.

Fits a 2021 RAM 2500. Easy to install and simple to remove origional, I had the common problem of water getting inside the cab. Should be good now, I will update

The gasket does not properly seal the 3rd brake light on the 2012 Ram 1500 Sport. The Ram 3rd brake light module fit to the truck body is a poor design by Ram as it requires a gasket seal that is thicker at the top of the light than at the bottom in order to properly seal. This HERCOO gasket is a single thickness, so that when I applied it to the light and then re-installed the light, there was at least a 1/8-inch gap between the back of the light and the body of the truck. Water could run right into the truck cab roof. So, I got scissors and cut additional gasket material and glued it to the top of the initial gasket. Not sure if this is going to seal it properly or not - waiting on rain - but nonetheless this is not how a properly sized gasket needs to be installed. I don't know if the original OEM gasket was properly sized or not, but it leaked for years, and when I replaced it, it was in such poor condition that I seriously doubt it.

This fit my 2015 Ram 1500 prefect. I have endured a few crazy rain storms and had zero leakage, the foam is pretty high quality and it is easy to separate the plastic from the sticky pad. The fitment looks great and has held up well. It's low cost for a high quality part.

I think the gasket was a perfect fit, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it it fits like it’s meant to. Although I was watching closely and after installing the new one, there is still a very small little space between the gasket and the cab right around the centre of the light.I do not believe the gasket is the issue As I said earlier, it’s a perfect fit I believe the problem is in the design of the light itself. The only fasteners are on the two edges and it squishes the gasket pretty well there although the centre does not have fasteners, I believe the answer to their problems would be to have another two fasteners on the top and the bottom near the centre of the fixture. I think that would fix the problem permanent.So I took a little bit of silicone sealer and put around the gasket and then put it back on and it squished it out in that small little space in the center. I do believe I have the problem all now.

This gasket is only glued on one side which allows you to adhere it to the light assembly only. That permits the removal of the light to change bulbs without destroying the gasket. If you buy one that is glued on both sides, you will need to replace the gasket any time you have to change a bulb. It fit well and adhered firmly to the plastic light assembly. Good value at less than the dealer price, so I'm happy.

Was getting a bad leak that went to the side corners since installing it's been dry in 2 huge rains storms, so I'm pretty confident that it fixed the issue and works well.After the receiving it though it seemed a little expensive for what it is.

If your RAM is leaking water inside the cab, change this first before panicking. Fits absolutely perfect, better than the OEM gasket
