This is an easy way to mount and expansion tank. I had mine hanging off a makeshift strap for a while and finally bought this. It holds the tank and looks good

This does what it's supposed to do: holds my new water pressure tank just fine. It strikes me as about five bucks worth of seemingly off-the-shelf materials but it is easy to install and effective.

This expansion tank mounting bracket is very well made and seems sturdy. It's a little tricky when tightening the straps to the tank. Seems like you can get them started without the tank installed then put the tank in and tighten.

Good quality, most local box stores near me don’t stock a expansion tank bracket. Got this kit because the lead time on a kit that was 5 dollars less was a month out. This showed up quickly and the clamps have a nice design so you can slide them close the the right length then tighten down. I didn’t use the supplied hardware, instead opted for tap cons for my application. Mounting the tank took less than 5 min for me. Significant other couldn’t believe it was done already, much better than me taking the time to tinker around and cobble something together.

I bought this knowing that it may be at the upper edge of tank diameter, but was able to mount an 8 gallon (30 litre) expansion tank with 13.8" (350 mm) diameter, and it worked quite well. The main thing to keep in mind with the two straps is, if you want the clamp fasteners to line up (aesthetically, but not functionally important), then don't tighten a strap and then loosen it to move the fitting. Once you tighten a strap, it will get a couple of minor kinks where it goes through the wall bracket, so it's difficult to move after it's been tightened once. That was on me, and I have no complaints about the quality for a tank this size or smaller.
