I use these for the RO system in my motor home and they do a great job. One holds a prefilter at the spigot, and 3 more hold filters ahead of the membranes. It's great to see what is going on inside without opening them. The water in RV parks can be like playing roulette with your system! These housings make monitoring for filter changes effortless.

I have in over 50 year installed all kind's and makes of water filter systems. I'm not a professional installed. But' in my experience this is the one that tops the list. It is designed to be either permanently mounted or if installing with copper pipe mounted in place. It's clear plastic housing makes so much easier to see when your filter needs to be changed.

I needed two filters with 3/4" pipe threads for my house. These were marked 3/4" but had 1/2" pipe connections. I asked for a replacement set and they were also marked incorrectly, so I returned them as well. I contacted customer service and the rep suggested I purchase these elsewhere.

I have had this installed for over a year and so far it has lasted longer than the others. It has lasted long enough that a bought a 2nd one to replace a DuPont one that failed.

The top is a little fragile. Be careful of how much Teflon tape you put and how tight you put in the fittings. One of mine cracked...

that is good one , Best to buy 2 because if very heavy dirt from well water.. one is light duty filter and one carbon filter .. great result...
