I was a little scared because I have big legs, but the product fits perfectly. It doesn’t move while I work out .Just know when you do leg day you gonna feel the pain, but it’s worth it. Hopefully, this will give me the booty I never had. lol . I’m 5’4 200 pounds even.

I've been using this to help with PT exercises to help with post op hip surgery. They definitely get my glutes to kick in. Easy to put on and take off, havent had issues with them yet and don't intend to as they are made pretty strong. I got the purple color and its super cute and accurate to the shown in the picture. I'm happy with this product!

I wore these today during my leg workout and I swear my tush was extra pumped. I have found that putting the straps on where I pull from the inside to the outside to tighten works best for me. I position the buckle behind my knee and then pull the end up and out. These seem to have good stretch to them I have the pink set and they are everything that I expected from a set of booty straps. I like mine.

I’ve been using this brand bfr bands for years while working out legs and glutes. They are very durable and comfortable. No sliding down or Velcro coming undone. Easy to put on and adjust. The only thing that made me give them 4 stars is the fact that they use to make the loop out of thick plastic which didn’t rotate while wearing… now they make them with a metal loop and it rotates often and a pain to keep adjusting. But they are still my fave bands.
