So thrilled to see this is still being made. I was gifted one decades ago and use it at least once a day. I accidently broke it and was sure that since it was a great product and great products don't seem to be made anymore I would not be able to replace it. It is excellently crafted, love that I can have salt and pepper grinded in the same mill, easy to refill, am able to easily adjust the size of the grind separately and that the shape and size is comfortable and easy to use. This will be passed to one of my children!

Read lots of reviews before actually purchasing this grinder. I liked that this was a Unites State of America company and their guarantee so went ahead and purchased. I must of missed the Made in China in the product details. It came filled with peppercorns and salt which went right in the trash as I figured the county of origin was China. I don't feed my dog anything made in China so I certainly wouldn't eat any food from China! I like that it is short so it doesn't tip over. It holds quite a bit of peppercorns and salt. The grinder is adjustable for finer or coarser (very coarse). It works smoothly. However, you have to go a whole turn around to get the top to match up with the bottom because of it's oval shape so if you want just a little bit of salt or pepper, your top doesn't' match up with the bottom. Not a deal breaker but bothersome for a slight OCD person! It does the job nicely so I guess so far so good.

This is a wonderful little salt and pepper grinder. Turning the top in one way or the other grinds either salt or pepper, indicated by the S or P arrows directing which way to turn. We've used it for very coarse Himalayan salt and for peppercorns and it works very well. My only minor complaint is that you do need to refill it more often due to its small size, but that small size is helpful if you have young kids with their smaller hands.

I adore this thing. Small, functional, and looks great on the table. Exactly what I’d been looking for. It broke after 5 years but I felt like it’d really gotten my moneys worth…but then I saw Olde Thompson stands by their products with a lifetime guarantee. I called and after the shortest easiest call to customer service they are sending me a brand new one. I was today years old though when I learned (after 5 years) that it fills from the top and not the bottom. It’s going to be much easier now lol.
