Looked for something to replace cumbersome aluminum foil - Tried these and they work as described - Have used them several times now without a problem - Easy install and removal - No issues with cleaning them - Well worth the money to not have to deal with aluminum foil

I’ve used these a few times now and they work well. They are easier than using foil or the metal sectional ones. I like that these are somewhat adjustable in size. I mainly used them for frozen crusts when blind baking pumpkin pie but 45 mins and no burned crust was good👍🏻

I wish they clicked together a little more securely. I was 20 minute into a pie and opened the oven and it had come disconnected exposing a large portion of the crust. Not terrible at all though just make sure you have it on real good when you put it in the oven because it’s hard to reattach when molten hot

bought these because I had an event coming up. I was to make two pies. I always use aluminum foil around the edges, but it comes off, and is a pain. So, I thought this would have been easier. Boy was I wrong. It was horrible. The "rubber" edge kept coming off in the middle of baking. I had to keep pulling it out to fix it. It is kind of hard when the heat from the oven is blowing in your face, and I kept burning my fingers because I had to take my oven mitt off, to straight it out, and that was a feat! Well, as you can see there is my pie! I worked very hard on the crust , and to see it come out like that makes me want to cry. Anyway, I had a second pie , so I decided to put the foil on it first, then the edger. I had to take string, and attach it to the little "knob" your suppose to use to "hook" it together, I fixed it out it might not come loose, in the middle of cooking it. To say I am disappointed, is an understatement. Anyone who is a baker, would understand. I think you need to go back to the drawing board. Because this item is a flop!

Better than expected! They are easily adjustable. A bit cumbersome to clean but, but are dishwasher safe!!

I have been looking for a pie protector that actually protects the fragile pie crust.This does the job. Look at that beautiful pie crust. The edges are beautifully browned but not burnt. I put the protector on before I put the pie in the oven. It bakes evenly and completely. I am very happy with this product. It comes with 2 sets of protectors.
