Sturdy stainless scoop. I just took it to a beach and it performed excellently. I see other reviews saying the supports broke, but I can't imagine that happening under normal use. No tarnish or noticeable wear after 2 days of beach use for me.I added a 47" pole used for commercial floor mops at a local hardware store. It was slightly too large for the hole but I was able to whittle it down. Also had to cut it down to 47 inches (from bottom of scoop to end of pole) There are 2 holes for screws/bolts. The finished product feels very sturdy. I was wrenching it pretty good in some hard US Atlantic coast sand with zero issues.I haven't actually tried the gloves yet. Saving that for a special day.

Many to choose from, I looked for the heaviest gauge metal.Pleasantly Surprised! The manufacturer responded to user concerns and UPGRADED this scoop to include strengthening angle supports to the location where others mention a failure!I prepared myself to deal with this and dang was I overjoyed it's been done!Build quality out of the box is excellent! Perhaps nit-picking, I do have one concern in my last photo where it 'appears' a weld didn't fully fill the gap from the support arm to the basket, but it is solid as a rock!Very happy with this purchase!

Heavy duty! I didn’t order a pole and have regrets. It functions perfectly and my adult children are loving using it in the gulf.

This scoop is perfect for cleaning the cat box. My husband chose it and he is so happy. It does a great job without creating a mess. Not sure if this was the intended purpose, but hey, if it works, it works.

Bought this for the ease of use at the beach and first time using the welds break thought it would be nice but I guess I was wrong
