It is easy to use, quickly converts the J1772 socket to a Tesla charging port, the operation is very intuitive, the charging effect is stable after plugging it in, and the charging speed is not affected. Very well made - solid, heavy feel while being lightweight. Really like that it locks to both the car and the charging cable. No heat buildup while charging. Works very well. Great value for the cost - 100% satisfied with purchase.

This adapter works perfectly for Tesla home chargers and destination chargers. I already had a Tesla charger installed at my house so I needed an adapter for my J1772 car. This adapter is simple plug and play – just plug in the Tesla charger in one end and plug the other end into the car.The adapter is very small and compact so I can leave it in the center console. It seems to be well built and also comes with a nice carrying case for extra protection. It supports up to 80A, which is more than my car can even take but it is nice to future proof.

Working perfectly. I have it hooked up to my Tesla wall charger and it charges my Jeep Wagoneer S at about 12% per hour without even getting warm.

This worked great for one month, now it won’t charge a car via J1772 at all. My charger still works fine with my Tesla and I’ve tried multiple chargers with it.Edit: The seller responded to this review even though I was outside the return window and made it right. I can say that they stand by their product.

The top clip does not catch at all when trying to hang it in a ChargePoint Flex home charging station.the converter does fit a Hyundai Tuscon PHEV and otherwise works fine. But the latch is not quite right.

After plugging in the adapter, charging was very smooth and the charging speed was not affected. Its design is simple and stable, and it is very convenient to use, especially for Tesla owners who often need to charge at public charging stations. Heat wave in LA the past week. Charging stations are packed. The whole city electricity grid has been weak. My house electricity needed repairs with horrible timing in 115 degree weather the past week.My brother has a Tesla charger at home. Desperately needed a charge on my Benz. Ordered it on Amazon and it came overnight this morning.Working well so far and charging my car.This thing came in clutch. Nice suede bag it comes in also.Seems to be performing really well. We are only running the charge at 20A max. But in terms of charging from Tesla conversion. It's doing it's job. Lifesaver at the moment.Under $40 and great quality... For now. Happy with what it's doing. Great value.
