Instructions For Use
1.Turn the knob to loosen the screw and turn handle 180°. Firmly tighten the handle.
2.Sprinkle flour to allow the pizza, bread or baked goods to slide easily onto the peel.
3.Carefully place food onto a pizza stone, baking sheet or tray with the peel.
4.Once finished cooking, slide out the pizza, bread or baked goods from the oven using the pizza peel paddle.
5.Slice with precision using the rocker cutter.
6.Serve and enjoy your creation!!
Care Instructions
✅Hand wash pizza peel paddle in warm, soapy water. Scrape off any excess food or crumbs from the peel using a soft sponge. Dry immediately.
✅Do not soak or use abrasive scrubbers on the pizza peel. Not dishwasher safe.
✅Do not slice pizza or baked goods on the peel. It may damage knife or scratch peel.
✅Do not leave the pizza peel in the oven for a long time. This will damage handle.

We just got a pizza oven and needed to purchase the pizza wheel too and we are so happy with this one. It’s lightweight, super sturdy, looks nice, easy to use and really easy to clean. It says it’s 12 inches wide and it fits perfectly in our 14 inch pizza oven. It made cooking the pizza easy so I highly recommend this one if you need one!

I received a pizza oven as a present. Quite a learning experience. The Pizza Peel is the perfect size and the Rocker Cutter works perfectly. The key is to use corn meal and not flour to use the peel effectively. I have several roller-type pizza cutters but the rocker is my favorite.

I received this item this past Wednesday. I used it last evening for a pizza party, as we used our new Ooni Kodapropane pizza oven. This was the perfect pizza peel for removing a baked pizza from this oven. I used a wooden pizza peel to launch the pizza into the oven but a wooden pizza peel is usually too think to remove a finished pizza from the oven.The Perfect Pie Pizza Peel surpassed my expectations. It is a quality product and with the folding handle it is convenient to store.The Rocker Cutter was also a nice surprise. Until now I had always used a rolling pizza cutter. The Rocker Cutter cut the pizza cleanly and without disturbing the toppings. I will probably never use anything else again.
