These fishing pliers are so nice! My husband likes to fish at the beach so his old pliers rusted. These have held up great and look the same as when we bought them (rust free)! Lightweight and easy to use. I thought they might be uncomfortable to use since there wasn’t any sort of grip or cushion but they feel fine and my husband hasn’t complained.

Great pliers at a reasonable price; the best I've found at the $20-40 price point. I've tried several under $20 and none hold up. Would not compare these to the $100+ Gerber Magniplier or $300+ Van Staals which I have, but under a hundred bucks they hold their own very well. I've had one pair of these for 2 years, and just got a second pair. Just returned a pair of Piscifuns that many people have given high ratings, but mine arrived with one of the decorative side pieces already unglued, and the nose pieces mis-aligned. These come with a quality hard sheath that looks like it will hold up, contrary to one reviewer who did not get a sheath with his. These cut any line, including small 10# braid with ease. Split ring nose works, but if I wanted to change out a bunch of hooks I would go to a dedicated split ring tool like those from Toit or Texas Tackle. The locking feature keeps them closed in the sheath, which many others like the Piscifun do not. Buy these first, and you will not be sorry.

"Inexpensive" and "High Quality" aren't words that usually go together. As someone on a budget, I spend alot of time researching and looking for exactly that. I bought and sent back a number of inexpensive fishing pliers before getting these. If your on the bench, GET THEM! All the other pliers I've physically looked at were cheaply made. They all had loose locking mechanisms and poorly finished edges.The quality of these pliers outdue the cost. For once inexpensive and quality come together. Once you see them and feel them in your hand, you'll understand what I'm talking about.

1. I like the sheath. It won’t fray and fall apart after a ton of saltwater use.2. Handles are way comfortable!3. Perfect size for surf and inshore fishingI’ve only used the cutters on flouro leader so far. Works fine, I use braid clippers for my main line. The split ring tip is a little bigger than my last set of pliers. Haven’t had to use that yet either. Overall, excellent pair of pliers, I might buy another set to keep on my surf cart.

La pinza è molto bella, non leggerissima ma da un bel senso di robustezza. Tuttavia ho dovuto fare il reso perché è troppo lunga a mio parere per un uso nello spinning medio leggero. Il becco per gli split ring non riesce ad aprire anellini nelle misure che si trovano su tutti gli artificiali fino a 15 cm perché è troppo grande (non entra proprio). Un vero peccato. Se ci fosse una versione con becco più sottile e lunghezza totale sui 15 cm la comprerei sicuramente.
