I rent and I have a very old oven so I have to use a thermometer. My old one cracked so I replaced it withthis one. It’s accurate and I don’t have to run for my reading glasses.

The numbers are huge and so easy to read even from inside the ove. The base is also wide enough to stay on the oven rack.

The stove we've had for over a year now was constantly overbaking everything I made. I tried lowering the temperature by 5 degrees and even 10 degrees, but nothing helped. So, I no longer wanted to bake because everything came out raw in the middle and burnt on the outside. Read up about the problem on the internet and was informed that I needed to recalibrate the oven. I haven't had good results with past oven thermometers, but thisAcuRite 00620A2 Stainless Steel Oven Thermometer was rated exceptionally high on many websites. I am so glad to have purchased it ! It is extremely accurate and easy to use. After trying it out I discovered my oven was off by 25 degrees ! I am glad to back cooking and baking in my oven once again.

Not sure if the thermometer is calibrated correctly but is showing my oven runs 25° below the temperature set on my oven. Either the oven or thermometer is incorrect

Great price, fast delivery, item seems to perform well; and I love how you can either hook it onto a shelf or place it flat standing up. This helped me determine that my oven was off almost 50 degrees too hot versus the reading on the dial. Food shouldn't be overcooked anymore!

There's nothing wrong with the product, but note the dial is Fahrenheit, not Celsius.The description talks about Celsius which is what I wanted. I didn't think to look at the photo (my fault).

We got a used oven so we wanted to know if the temp was correct. We had an old thermometer but it was VERY hard to read. This unit has nice big numbers for my old eyes and is easy to read.

Great product. You can actually read the temperature numbers compared to other thermometers. The numbers are large and bold. I have been searching for a good oven thermometer for years. This is the best one I have found. Chef Gord
