Purchased this to replace an old sew box that had seen better days. The design was pretty but I was very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Was very flimsy. I felt that the lid could easily break off if not handled gently. I returned this item.

It is ok, maybe for a little college student sewing box for repairs. It doesn’t hold much and cheap plastic compared to sewing boxes from 40 years ago!

I love it. It's very functional and very pretty. It has a pocket inside on the lid and a pin cushion. The tray is handy and it comes with a nice pair of scissors. There is room for every thing else I need to keep in there.
